   जमाना  पार  पुलिस थाना  में काम  करने  वाला  इंस्पेक्टर हाथी राम चौधरी एक सिस्टम  से त्रस्त  ,लेकिन  ईमानदार  दिल्ली पुलिस वाला है. जिसके पास अपने सामान्य करियर से आगे देखने के लिए कुछ भी नहीं है. जब  एक हाई प्रोफाइल केस  उसे संभालने को  मिलता    हैं, उसका लिए  ये  केस बहुत बड़ा   और महत्वपूर्ण है.केस  में  मशहूर  टीवी न्यूज़  एंकर संजीव  वर्मा पर जानलेवा  हमला  करने  वाले आरोपियों  को  दिल्ली  पुलिस  पकड़  लेती हैं. हाथीराम  को  इस   हमले  के पीछे  की  वजह और  लोग कौन हैं ? ये   जानने का  काम  मिलता  हैं. यह मामला एक डार्क मिस्ट्री थ्रिलर में बदल जाता है जो इंस्पेक्टर को अंडरवर्ल्ड (पाताल लोक) के अंधेरे दायरे में ले जाती है।  हाथी राम का  फर्ज    उसे चार  आरोपियों   के जीवन की जांच करने के लिए कहता  है। वह चौंकाने वाली सच्चाइयों  को उजागर करता है, जो अंततः उसे एक पुलिस के रूप में अपनी ज़िम्मेदारियों को पूरा करने  में मदद करती  है, ये प्लाट हैं  इस  वेब  सीरीज  का.

 

   सीरीज  में  कही  जगह  पर  सर्किल  पुरे हो  रहे  हैं  जैसे  बिलकुल  शुरुवात  में  एक  सिन आता  हैं  जहा  पर  एक  कॉकरोच  पुलिस  वाले  के  बूट  तले कुचला  जाता  हैं और  उसका  खून  पुरे  फर्स  पर फैलता  हैं,आखरी  में  जब  हथोड़ा  त्यागी  खुद  को  गोली  मार  देता हैं  तो  उसका  भी  खून  पुरे फर्स   पर फैलता  दिखाई  देता  हैं.  शुरुआत  में  एक  सिन  में  इंस्पेक्टर  हाथीराम  चौधरी   बोलता  हैं  ये  दुनिया  तीन  हिस्सों  में  बंटी  हैं  एक  स्वर्ग  लोग,  दूसरा    धरती  लोग  और  तीसरा  पातल लोक. वो कहता  हैं की  ये  शाश्त्रो  में लिखा   हैं  पर  उसने  व्हाट्सप्प  पर  पढ़ा हैं,   वही  सीरीज  के  आखिर    में  वो  संजीव   मेहरा को युधिष्ठिर  के   स्वर्ग  के  द्वार  वाली  कहानी  बताता  हैं   जिसमे  भी  हाथीराम  कहता  हैं की  ये  भी  शहस्त्रो  में  लिखा  हैं   पर  मैंने  व्हाट्सअप्प  पर पढ़ा  हैं.  ऐसे काफी  सर्किल  सीरीज में  कम्प्लीट  होते  हैं.  पुरे  सीरीज  में स्त्री - पुरुष  असमानता, बाल शोषण,  धार्मिक  और  जातीय  शोषण,  आमिर  -गरीब  असमानता   भारत  में  पनपने वाले  हर शोषण  को  यहाँ  दर्शया   गया  हैं.मुद्दे   को  छूती  हैं  पर  कही  पर  भी  ज्ञान   नहीं  बघारती हैं . preachy  नहीं होती  हैं.  यही  ख़ासियत   हैं   राइटिंग  की.

 

   शुरवात  में  एक  सिन  हैं  जहा  पर  संजीव  मेहरा पर  अटैक  की  बात   पूरी  मीडिया  में  फ़ैल  जाती  हैं  और  संजीव चुप  के से  अपने गाडी  में जा  रहा होता  हैं.  तभी  रस्ते  में   दो  रिपोर्टर  बाइक पर   आकर  उसके  गाडी  से  फोटो  खींचते हैं . तब  संजीव  का  साथी  कहता  हैं की  कोण  हैं ये  लोग? तब  संजीव जवाब  देता  हैं  की  they are us  मतलब  वो हम  हैं. भारतीय  मीडिया  की इतनी  सटीक  तस्वीर  शायद  की किसी  कर  फिल्म या सीरीज  में मिले.

   भारत  में   होने   वाले   जातियों और  धार्मिकता    पर   होनेवाले उत्पीड़न  पर  भी  ये  सीरीज  सटीकता  से बात    करती  हैं.पंजाब में  मंजारो के  जातियों  पर ऊपरी  जातियों  के द्वारा  किये  जाने वाला  उत्पीड़न  और  फिर  मंजारो द्वारा  किया हुआ  रिवोल्ट  इसमें  दिखाया   गया  हैं.साथ ही  अंसारी  जो की  हाथीराम का  जूनियर  अफसर  हैं,  वो  सिविल एग्जाम  के  एक  इंटरव्यू देता हैं  तो  इंटरव्यू हॉल  के  बाहर एक और    इंटरव्यू  देनेवाला  लड़का  कहता  हैं  की  ,"  टेंशन  मत  ले  भाई  हो  जाएगा  तेरा ,  उन्हें  भी  तो री  प्रेजेंटेशन   दिखाना पड़ता  हैं,  एक  सिन   में एक  आरोपी जो की  मुस्लिम  हैं  अपनी  धार्मिकता अपना नाम का  आखरी एक  अक्षर  छुपाते हुए  दीखता  हैं.एक  सिन  में  उसका  बाप हाथीराम  से   कहता  हैं  की ," जिसे  मैंने मुसलमान  नहीं  होने  दिया साब उसे  अपने  जिहादी  बना  दिया." ये  एक  वाक्य  अपने देश  में होनेवाले  उत्पीड़न  को  कितनी  सटीकता  से कह  जाता  हैं.

   दिल्ली  के  लोकेशंस ,उत्तर   प्रदेश    के  लोकेशंस  ,चित्रकूट,  पंजाब  के  गावो  की   पकडंडिया ,जमाना  पार  इलाके के रेतीले  मैदान ,  कूड़े  के  ढेर,  चित्रकूट  का  रिनोवेट  होता  पुलिस थाना ,  दूसरी  तरफ  दिल्ली  पुलिस  हेडक्वार्टर का सच्चाई  से दिखता माहौल ,उत्तर  प्रदेश  सरकार  की  खटारा  बस, जेल  का माहौल,न्यूज़ रूम  का  माहौल सब में अंदर  तक  खुसा  गया  हैं.सचाई  दिखाई  गयी हैं. ऑफिस   पॉलिटिक्स, सीरीज  में दिखाए  तीनो  हिस्सों  मतलब  स्वर्ग लोक,  धरती  लोक,  पाताल लोक तीनो की  लाइफ  स्टाइल ,  किरदारों   के  कपडे  और  मेक  आप  बिलकुल   असलियत के  करीब  जाते  हैं.

   एक  सिन हैं  जहाँपर  हाथीराम  संजीव  मेहरा  से  कहता  हैं की ,"  जब  आपसे  पहली  बार  मिला  मिला  था  तो  लगा  था  की  आप  कितने  बड़े  आदमी  हो  और  मैं  कितना  छोटा,  इस  केस  में  मेरी  कितनी भी  वाट  क्यों  न  लगी  हो  पर  ये  ग़लतफ़हमी  दूर  हो  गयी."  हाथीराम  ऐसा  क्यों  कहता हैं  उसके  लिए  आपको सीरीज देखनी  पड़ेगी. और  एक  सिन  का  मैं  यहाँ  पर  जिक्र  करूँगा  जो  एकदम  आखरी  में हैं. D.C.P.  भगत जो की  हाथीराम  का  सीनियर  अफसर  हैं भारतीय  सिस्टम  की  कितनी  सचाई से   व्याख्या  करता  हैं  उसके  एक  वाक्य  से  समज  में  आ  जाता  हैं. वो कहता  हैं ,"  ये  सिस्टम दूर से  बड़ा सड़ा  गला  लगे  पर  अंदर  से  एक वेल oiled   मशीनरी  की  तरह  काम  करता  हैं, जिसमे  हर  पुर्जे को  पता  हैं कि  उसे क्या  करना  हैं, और  जिस पुर्जे  को   पता  नहीं   होता  उसे  निकालकर बाहर  किया  जाता  हैं."

   अभिनय की  बात  करे  तो  सभी एक्टर्स   ने  अपना  एक्टिंग का  लोहा  मनवाया हैं. चाहे   वो  फिर    स्वर्ग  लोक  के प्रतिनिधित्व करने  वाले संजीव  मेहरा  का किरदार  निभाने  वाले  नीरज   काबी   हो,  धरती  लोक  का  का चेहरा दर्शाते हाथीराम  मतलब  जयदीप  अहलावत और  पाताल  लोक  की  सच्चाई  बताते  हथोड़ा  त्यागी( अभिषेक मुखर्जी ) हो ,इन्होने कमाल  का  काम  किया  हैं.  साथी  कुछ  नए  लोक  हैं जैसे  की  अंसारी (इश्वाक  सिंह), डॉली ( स्वस्तिक  मुखर्जी  ) ,टॉप  सिंह (  जगजीत  संधू), रेनू(  गुल  अनाज) ,सारा  मैथ्यू ( निहारिका  दत्त) इन्होने भी  उम्दा   काम  किया  हैं . डायरेक्शन  की  जिम्मेदारी  अविनाश  अरुण  धावरे , और  प्रसेनजित  रॉय  ने  बखूबी  संभाली  हैं .

   सीरीज में  कुत्ते को एक  रूपक   की  तौर  पर  इस्तेमाल  किया हैं. हथोड़ा त्यागी  कितना ही  क्रूर  क्यों न हो  पर  उसके  अंदर  एक  ईमानदारी  हैं,  अपने  गुरु  मास्टरजी के  लिए .  डॉली जो की  संजीव  मेहरा  की  बीवी  हैं  जानती  हैं की  संजीव  उसके साथ  धोका  कर  रहा  हैं  वो  भी उसी  राह  पर  होती  पर  वो  संजीव  के  धोका  नहीं  देती  और  ईमानदारी  दिखाती  हैं.  हथोड़ा  त्यागी  और  डॉली  दोनों को  ही  सीरीज  में कुत्तो  से  बहोत  प्यार होता  हैं. कहते  हैं," ‘If a man loves dog he’s a good man. If a dog loves a man he’s a good man’.

   Hathi Ram Chaudhary, Inspector, who works in the police station JAMANA PAAR  police  station., is a system-stricken, but honest Delhi policeman. Who has nothing to look beyond his normal career. When a high profile case is handled by him, this case is very big and important for him. Who else are the people behind the attack Hathiram get to know these things? The case turns into a dark mystery thriller that takes the inspector into the dark realm of the guilt people. HathiRam's duty asks him to investigate the lives of the four accused. He exposes shocking truths, which ultimately help him fulfill his responsibilities as a cop, this is the plot of this web series.

 

   There are circles all over the place in the series, at the very beginning, a scene comes where a cockroach is crushed under the boot of policeman and his blood is spread all over the floor, at the last when Hathod Tyagi shoots himself. So his blood is seen spreading on the entire floor. In the beginning, Inspector Hathiram Chaudhary speaks in a scene, this world is divided into three parts, one is heaven, another is earth and third is hell. He says that it is written in Shastra but he has read it on WhatsApp, at the end of the series, he tells Sanjeev Mehra the story of Yudhishthira's gateway to heaven, in which Hathiram says that it has also written in Shahstra but I have read on WhatsApp. Many such circles are complete in series. In the entire series, women-male inequality, child abuse, religious and cast exploitation, rich and poor inequality are shown here, every exploitation that flourishes in India.  this series touches the issue but does not give knowledge anywhere. This series is not preachy. This is the specialty of writing.

 

   In the beginning, there is a scene where the news of the attack on Sanjeev Mehra is spread in the entire media, and Sanjeev is going his home, silently in his car. Just then, two reporters on the bike arrive and take a photo of his car. Then Sanjeev's partner says that who are these people? Sanjeev answers that they are us. Perhaps such an accurate picture of the Indian media can be found in a film or series.

   These series also speak accurately on the oppression of castes and religions occurring in India. The oppression of upper castes on Manjar castes in Punjab and the revolt by Manjar is shown in it. He says, "This  the system is  far from rotten, but  it is well-oiled machinery from inside, in which every part knows what to do, and the part that is not known that is to be removed.

   In terms  of acting, all the actors have done a great job. Whether it is Neeraj Kabi playing Sanjeev Mehra representing heaven, Hathiram played by  Jaideep Ahlawat depicting the face of the earth , and Hathoda Tyagi (Abhishek Mukherjee) telling the truth of hell, he has done amazing work. Along  with there  are some of the new faces like Ansari (Ishwak Singh), Dolly (Swastika Mukherjee), Top Singh (Jagjit Sandhu), Renu (Gul Panag ), Sara Mathew (Niharika Dutt), they have also done great work. Direction responsibility have handled well by Avinash Arun Dhaware, and Prasenjit Roy

   In the series, the dog is used as an metaphor . No matter how cruel the Hathoda Tyagi is, but there is an honesty in him, for his mentor Masterji. Dolly, who is Sanjeev Mehra's wife, knows that Sanjeev is cheating on her, she is also on the same path but she does not cheat Sanjeev and shows honesty. Both Hathoda Tyagi and Dolly fall in love with the dogs in the series. It says, "If a man loves dog to be a good man. If a dog loves a man believed a good man".
